Welcome to PlanYaatra! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) and PlanYaatra regarding the use of our website and services.

1. Scope of Service
- PlanYaatra’s Role: We specialize in personalized travel itinerary design. In some cases, we may also help you facilitate bookings with third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, or tour operators.
- Your Contracts with Suppliers: Any travel services booked through PlanYaatra remain subject to the terms of the individual suppliers. PlanYaatra does not operate airlines, hotels, or transport services.
2. Booking and Contract Formation
- Planning Services: A contract with PlanYaatra is formed once we receive the required planning fee and issue a confirmation email.
- Third-Party Services: For flights, hotels, or tours booked through us, your contract is directly with the third-party supplier. PlanYaatra acts only as a facilitator.
- Availability: All prices, services, and itineraries are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation and payment.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Payment Methods: We accept [Net Banking, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, etc.].
- Planning Fee:
- If you cancel within 24 hours of payment, you are eligible for a partial refund of [40%] of the planning fee.
- After 24 hours, the planning fee becomes non-refundable, as work on your itinerary will already be underway.

- Third-Party Refunds: Refunds for flights, hotels, or other services depend entirely on the policies of the respective providers. PlanYaatra is not responsible for delays in supplier refunds.
4. Changes and Cancellations
- Customer Requests: Changes to your itinerary may be possible but could involve additional fees from suppliers as well as administrative charges.
- PlanYaatra Changes: We may alter or cancel an itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (supplier unavailability, weather, operational issues). In such cases, we will provide alternatives or refunds where possible.
- Force Majeure: PlanYaatra is not liable for cancellations, delays, or losses caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemics. Refunds in such cases are limited to amounts recoverable from suppliers.
5. Travel Documentation and Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including:
- Passports with required validity
- Visas, permits, and transit documents
- Compliance with health/vaccination requirements

- PlanYaatra is not liable if you are denied boarding, entry, or travel due to missing or invalid documentation.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Third-Party Providers: PlanYaatra is not liable for the actions, errors, or negligence of airlines, hotels, or other travel providers.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability for claims related to our services is strictly limited to the planning fee you paid to PlanYaatra.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, and delays.
7. Customer Conduct
You agree to act respectfully, lawfully, and in accordance with the rules of suppliers and local authorities. PlanYaatra and its partners may refuse service if your conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful.
8. Intellectual Property and Website Use
- All content on the PlanYaatra website, including text, itineraries, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by [Your Company Legal Name].
- You may not copy, modify, or misuse this content without our written permission.
- Automated scraping or extraction of data from our website is strictly prohibited.
9. Complaints and Disputes
